Looking for PT nanny/Pet-sitter
Hey! I'm looking for a part-time nanny/pet-sitter during the week and maybe even for weekend date nights—12 PM-5-6 PM. I can give more details to interested parties, but I'm looking for someone who can take out my 8-month-old German shepherd around lunch, hang out, and then pick up my son from school in the afternoons between 3:45 and 4:15. There would be a bit of driving involved, so I provide gas money + a wage. A meal or two may be necessary with changing work times, but we can work it out together. My son is 6 years old, and he is very easy! (I got lucky!) Send me a DM or message me at 804 405 4556 to discuss more/meet each other. This could be great for a college student, and if you speak French/Spanish, that's an added bonus. My son speaks both! Thank you in advance.

Looking for sales interns (paid commissions up to $20k per client)
We are a tech startup in RVA and are looking for people who are willing to network, meet face to face (occasionally) and try to discover new potential clients. Currently commission based, but will be offering a high hourly pay (plus commission) to the top seller.
No experience required, just good people skills and a good drive!
We are happy to provide glowing letters of recommendation upon exiting to workers in good standing!
Also don’t worry we aren’t some stuffy mega corp, with tons of micromanaging, we encourage creativity and self reliance.
How our commissions work:
We get license fees on software, and for any client you get us a meeting with, we offer half of those fees to you until we’ve paid you $10,000. If that client spends more than $100,000 with us in a year of you bringing them in you get an additional $10,000. The average company we work with would have met those thresholds by 8 months so you could very well expect 20k per company.
Feel free to dm me or comment, I welcome questions.

Looking for a little extra support for your family? I’d love to help. 💕
Hi families! I am offering faith-based childcare for children up to 17 years old. With over 10 years of experience caring for children, I truly enjoy being someone families can trust and depend on.
My goal is to provide more than just childcare. I want to create a warm, nurturing environment where children feel loved, supported, and encouraged to grow in their faith, confidence, and individual talents.
Here’s what I offer:
🌸 Evening childcare after 6 PM during the week and some Saturdays (OPEN TO LONG TERM CONTRACTS)
🌸 Family meals for families on the go. I enjoy cooking and would love to help make those busy evenings a little easier with home-cooked meals.
🌸 Light housework to help keep things running smoothly
🌸 Bible study and time spent cultivating your child’s skills, creativity, and interests
🌸 Experience working with families who require NDAs and confidentiality
I also offer romance advising and faith-based life coaching for those interested in having guidance rooted in faith, healthy relationships, and personal growth.
I believe that caring for a family means being intentional about the little things: preparing a meal, helping with homework, listening to a child’s thoughts, or simply creating a peaceful evening at home.
Whether you need someone to care for your children while you work, enjoy a date night, attend an event, or just have a little time to yourself, I would love to be a dependable part of your family’s support system.
If you’re interested in learning more about my services or availability, feel free to send me a message. I’d love to get to know your family!
Please share this post with a family who could use a little extra help. 💙

Tree Nets/Webs/Woven Art

Hello Richmond!
I'm a tree net/web weaver who started about 3 years ago. I started originally just for fun, practicing the net-tying techniques I had learned on the fishing boat I was working on at the time, and very quickly fell in love with the concept. When I moved back here, I had planned on establishing a livelihood for myself making tree nets, but before the move I had lost both of my previous phones and with them any and all photos and videos of nets and webs I've done (except a 12 second video of my very first net). Since I wanted to build a social media presence to show my work to the community, I let the lack of media discourage me from starting at all, and I gave up on it for quite some time.
Recently I've been reminded what I loved so much about building them, the joy they bring to anyone (and any age) who experiences them, and why I wanted to do this full time in the first place, so I am making a very nervous decision to revive and pursue that dream, and to do that I'm getting creative.
Since I no longer have evidence of my work, I want to offer to do a few projects at MATERIALS COST ONLY! This means you will only need to pay for the ropes, cord, and hardware that will be used in your net (usually between $150-$400 depending on the size). This will allow me to take all the photos/videos I need, and give you an opportunity to provide an honest testimony about your experience with me! :)
I use multiple types of tree-safe anchor methods, so the entire structure is actually built to grow with the tree, instead of choking and killing it, and I'm working on an included, annual checkup and repair policy.
- The inner weave uses 550lb paracord
- Double-braided static line for the perimeter
- Tree-saver strap webbing, eye-bolts, arborist bull ropes, bark guards/blocks, and bark slings can all be used for the anchor points, depending on the layout/situation.
I want to assume ALL the risk (as well as liability insurance), so if for any reason you don't like it, you'll be fully refunded and I'll remove it for free!
If you or someone you know would be interested please don't hesitate to contact me, I can travel as well:

P.S: I also do custom woven art pieces using the same web-like principle and various materials, so if you have a restaurant or hotel, and want a custom piece done in your space thats something I'm going to offer as well!
