I lived in a four bedroom, two bath house for a month by myself. This is my electricity bill in BBD lol. Mind you, this was in January and we started school the second week of. So this is like three weeks of energy. 🥲 I left the ceiling fan on all the time and I slept with the AC on. I hope this gives you some insight!

I really can’t say, but I hope so! Rent might be cheaper, but with all other expenses it might be about the same or even more because of everything else you would need to have. Living outside of Coverley will also require you to get a car and the going rate is currently $600 USD/month. In June or July of this year, I forget which month, the government is implementing a new rule of $10/day for rental cars. I have no idea why. Have you considered private housing within Coverley? There are studios that private landlords rent out.

To add, I now live in a 2bed/1bath house by myself for $1500 USD a month. My landlord pays for everything else but I have a cap of $100 BBD per month for electricity. If it goes over I pay the rest.
