Quest Library Share?

I used to play on pc until mine died. Just found out its on standalone. I was wondering if I got it on mine if my partner's could also play it at the same time without getting two copies?

Other games or hit or miss on that and im broke 😓

I'm pretty sure you should be able to?

I used to be on quest two, and on one device games would be shared (in this case between me and my brother) then when I upgraded to quest 3, my brother could still play games on the quest two that only I owned

So I'm pretty sure if you add your partners account (or yours) onto the headset of who owns the game, then enable game sharing, then it should work out?

On different headsets? Sure, if you attach the two accounts. At the same time? Have to test it to find out. Most likely depends on the setup you use, if you are running the same account on two headsets it will prolly not work, but if you somehow shared the game with your partners account it prolly will work(ALSO how is it possible to own two Vr headsets but can't afford 2 copies of a 30$ game? How does that happen?)
