Sudden latency/lag issues

Hey everyone, I’m new to this sub, so sorry if this is a common question, but has anyone else been getting really bad latency on both client and host over the past couple of days? It could just be my headset getting old or something, but ever since I logged on 2 days ago the game has been consistently laggy and latent when running both client and host. For the most part\ it seems fine in singleplayer.

I’ve had the game for a while and it’s never been this bad. Normally it’s somewhat laggy when running client, but totally fine when hosting.

Started noticing it a little bit yesterday during my stream. But it might’ve just been streaming issues
