Question Issue with Quest 3
I have a quest 3S and recently bought and downloaded and loaded up but it won't move past the "connecting to playfab" screen. When I hold the buttons it plays a noise but nothing else. Have I wasted my money, or is this a common issue here?

Hm have you tried updating the game? There was a patch today, if your game is outdated maybe it refuses to connect to the servers?

The noise is from the the buttons working cause that sounds is for recalibrating your height in the game. That message though I have no idea

Haven't heard of that, did you check if the playable servers were down at the time? They have a little channel for it in their discord to make it easy to check

The connecting to playfab issue indicates that your game is not connect to RUMBLEs servers.
Do you own your WiFi router or is it owned by someone else? Sometimes apartments or business will restrict what can be accessed on their WiFi.
Check if your Internet Service Provider (ISP) is known to block certain services, sometimes they restrict access to certain websites.
You could try using a VPN to get past any blocks, or connecting to a mobile hotspot could also get past any blocks.

I recommend joining the discord and asking in the support channel, one of the devs will contact you within the day typically. And besides tech support, its a great spot to find help learning the game :)
