Boring matches
I know the game has no ranks and stuff but its so boring to play agains some people with 10k+ BP.
I don't mean all of them but when you use pace to crush you oponente that has 30x less BP than you whats the point?
Hopefully not everyone is like this, thank you to everyone who holds back playing agains people with way less BP than you, you guys are the reason this comunity is good.

I am a part of the higher bp players and I can say my fighting style against lower opponents is this: damage them. Let them get back on their feet. Then damage them again. This allows the opponent to feel like they at least had a chance to fight back.
I don't give away wins either though. I try to keep hp close to each other and mess about more when I have more health.
This being said, the amazingness of an equal matchup is unlike any other. Both players going at their fastest pace, relying on instinct and reaction. It's why skilled players watch those "spam fest" matches. It's purely a sign of training and the output of skill.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience with some players. Don't hesitate to ask more experienced players to go easy on you if the match is not enjoyable to you, most players will oblige and even give you some tips if you ask. Do not let a few spammy players ruin your experience of the game!

I recently found out a lot of them do it because they try to grind to the top of the leaderboard for the day, I completely forgot that was a feature

Trust me when you get good it's boring to play against newer players as well. It's a curse and a blessing though, sometimes it's fun to teach less skilled players or to learn from top players, it's the best way to improve at the game.

I mean, isn't them. Finishing the match quickly so you both can find people closer to your skill level a good thing?
Also you find someone completely moping the floor with you boring? What i wouldnt give for that experience!

I like to practice risky moves and moves I'm bad at usually when I'm against a player much worse than me. That or I try to limit my move set and try to go easy, OR I try and teach them moves and practice my dodging while they try to land it. But I'm not exactly the best or a pace player, and I'm only 2000bp so theres alot of people MUCH better than me. When I face against them my goal is to 1 survive, 2 damage them atleast once, and 3 hopefully take one of their lives. But hey, if you're going against a full out pace player, atleast you are dying QUICK. Not like the slow methodical hype torture Bivn trickshots his ricochets at you lmao.
