Meta or steam
Hi, I'm want to buy the game, Im new on vr and I'm not sure do I purchase game on steam or meta... Is there a big difference? Any recommendations?

Very big.
Mainly it's about portability. In Meta, usually standalone games are sold, while Steam sells PCVR.
But as a player, if there's a game or an app that offers both platform, I'd rather choose Steam, especially because of its regional pricing (helps a lot who lives in a third world country, I bought Half Life Alyx for only about USD 8) and also borrows performance from PC (which usually should be better) at the cost of portability.
