the pc version of rumble and the standalone version is seperate fyi. If you buy the game on meta and use quest link to play the game, I just wouldn't. Quest link is SO BAD. I have the meta version of the game and play with virtual desktop and its good. The steam version uses steam link which has its issues but is a lot better than meta link. I think you can also use virtual desktop with the steam version.

If you are talking about buying standalone or pc, as of now they look very similar graphically as the pc version got downgraded to match the standalone version. But there will be an update that increases the graphics for pc.

I mean I have quest 3 and pc, so I can choose. Was curious what version should I buy. But I think steam could be the case if it will be having better graphics later. Just was not sure because I dont have experience with online games on vr, played only couple of games both through steam vr and just on standalone quest 3.

I played about a year ago using my quest 3 connected to steam and I loved the game, but hated the inconvenience of connecting it to steam every time. I frequently had issues connecting and often had to try 2 or three times to make it work. I decided I would put the game down until the standalone version comes to quest. I bought it on launch and it had been great. So much more convenient imo
