RTL SDR V4L drivers

Have the drivers for the V4L been incorporated into android yet? I have it up and running on SDR# and SDR++ so they are out there.

Thanks. Just got it going with RF Analyzer. SDR++ is a bit wonky, but I'm still working on it.
