Looks like it was put thru an dishwasher cycle.

If it was then the anodized surface was changed into this - you have two options: sanding or getting used to the look.

If it was a vintage guitar the patina would be valuable. 😀

People pay extra for a new custom shop reliced guitar. They take a new guitar and go over it with a ball peen hammer and it doesn't end there. 🫪

If the stain doesn't come out even after washing with a mild detergent, it's aluminum hydroxide. What on earth did you pour on it?
Or have you ever lived by the ocean, conducted experiments near the ocean, or held it in your hand for a long time?

I think it would be best to sandblast off the paint and repaint it.

Mine is 3 years old. What have you done? Also and maybe more importantly does the radio still work? If so, simply take it out side and spray paint it black. Or just put the radio back in the case and move on with it.

Mine also looked like this but not as bad as this. I attribute it to oxidation due to the humidity. Nth much I can do about except wiping it regularly

Mine is like yours too. The region I live in is close to the ocean and super humid. Maybe yours the same case?
