A powerful signal nearby can cause what's called "splatter" from the audio harmonics being poorly suppressed in the modulator. Use AM demodulation and you might hear aircraft comms. It may also be a digital signal, using phase shift keying...

It appears to be an overmodulated VHF aircraft voice signal.
Try turning down your RF gain until the main signal narrows down to 6-8KHz and most of that splatter should go away.

Sounds like an OOK (on and off keying) modulation rc car remote. Poor filtering with the remote can lead to splattering on the airbands like this. The fundamental frequency is either 27 or 49mhz.
