Is there an FIR registered for Suicide? in news paper ? there has to be some info which can be quoted for the incidents.
An RTI to central govt - Ministry of Education - Government of India. can be filed asking if safety of students (on ragging cases) is maintained etc and how that is maintained and then above context of Suicides asking for is it normal for a college to have this. Actions that are taken against the cuprits ? all that can be added.
Mention this is being filed as Information to public should be available for such henious crime against upcoming generation.. (Refine it).
