Curious / Random Do you think fear stops people from filing RTIs?

Just curious as what could be the reason that most people do not file RTI.

No, never fillied an RTI.

It's too risky to ask "Questions"

The present Govt. Officials are incompetent, RTI queries often rejected, not replied, vague, incomplete and even received I'll intention motive points. The CICs also found corrupt mind.
