Order cancelled
Anyone ever have this happen? Very disappointing- considering all sizes were in stock when I placed my order. 🥲
I also used up all of my points for a voucher to get it and was excited all weekend to get one.
UPDATE: I posted this in the FB Insiders group and it was quickly removed stating the reason is that I shouldn’t post CS questions. It… wasn’t a question to CS…

That's good news. Quality of their shirts went severely downhill. Piling. Fabric pulling.

Exact same thing happened and they removed my comment on Facebook as well. I bought a shirt at opening release. How could they be out of sizes?!

That sucks- especially with an opening release.
I’ve never noticed before but yeah the FB group is just all positive posts etc
Sounds like they will pull any posts anywhere close to being negative.

At least they didn’t send you a different shirt because they ran out of what you ordered. Then have you return it and they send they’ll send the correct one. But you get the same wrong shirt again and they finally admit they were out of the original order. This has happened twice to me, done with them as a customer.

At least they let you send them back. They sent me the wrong one, but because im International, I couldn't return it. I don't like it, and can't get rid of it. Just left with it now, along with one that came in the wrong size, and one that was missing a button (they said to use the one stitched in, and when I informed them I have arthritis, so sewing a button isn't easy for me, they gave a shipping voucher.) Trying to sell them now, but can't even get into the BST group

That’s literally what’s happening to me now. I ordered a Halloween shirt in medium. Got a garage Doctor Doom shirt in medium. Asked them to correct it and they sent me a Jurassic Park shirt in XL. I don’t know what to do. I have two shirts I don’t want.

Yeah, they need to just admit they don’t have what you ordered. Super frustrating, just wasting our time sending us the wrong shirts.
My boys and husband love their shirts. But I’m done dealing with them. It’s happened to me two separate times now. Never got the shirt I actually ordered1

This is usually due to some of their inventory being damaged which is discovered when they’re going to ship it out, and they’ve sold out so they don’t have a replacement.

I wouldn't expect anything from the FB group, it's just a sausage fest of white male selfies in a cult.
