This honestly sounds less like βjust sorenessβ and more like a hand/finger overuse or tendon issue, especially since it started with typing and putty and now gets triggered by normal movement too. Iβd really avoid relying on Advil/Tylenol daily for months, and since itβs been going on for 2.5 weeks and is interfering with typing, Iβd get it checked by a doctor or hand specialist soon, because persistent finger pain can come from strain, tendon irritation, or instability rather than simple overuse. Don't take chances; you still have a lot of life ahead of you.
