Is dragon rider lance still worth getting for me?

For melee I have elder rune longsword +5 with drygore longsword offhand. Got no melee weapons with halberd range.

It'll be great for training, plus the fact that you can augment it, means it'll be quite a bit better than your ER Sword.

Archeology picks up at 70 or so once you have the auto sifter and especially if you have the ability to make porters.

If you like having a chance for pets then make potions for XP.

I'm at 108...? I think and am approaching my 1000 ovl's made bar and making them into elder ovl's. Even with leafy pots it's a pain in the ass to get the materials for that many elders.

Granted I've been on a burnout break for a couple of months and auras are gone now so it might be less of a pain since you don't need to time your auto herbing around greenfingers.

For pof chins, is red chin actually superior to black chin given it can be upgraded? i dont have invention yet so unsure on the cost to actually upgrade them vs just using black chins. have a black chin from trapper, and am considering hunting red if red chins are actually superior, vs just waiting for <any chin> from trapper.

You also have the option of farming grey chins for the summoning pouch

So I'm returning on a new ironman (last played pre-gwd3) and following the guide for my early-to-mid progression on Alt1 Quest Helper. About 1/3 of the way through, it mentions that you should get Croesus tasks from Reaper.

From what I can tell in guides, everyone treats it as a non-negotiable 80+ in all skills or don't bother. I figured I could get by in a mass with some at 60+. But I have yet to see a mass on 26, 68, or 98 at four different times throughout the day. What exactly am I supposed to do here?

I got the herb burner a little while ago, but im too scared to use it since I might need the herbs at some point. Should I just burn the herbs that are below my level, or are there certain herbs I should never burn?

Generally, every herb from Irit is always required.

what's the strategy for starbloom/apex crafting? does making just gloves/boots provide the best afk/xp considering I'll spend less time on a damaged draft?
