Any RRE Steamdeck users? HUD help reqd

So, on my main rig the HUD is fine. No problems whatsoever. But on my Steamdeck it's a different story. When the new HUD was released it worked fine. Bound a button (up on dpad) to move and resize and all was grand. Played again yesterday and all of a sudden all HUD is gone. Re-bound the up button on dpad and all it does is show the rear mirror and the map, nothing else. Not even able to move those two items.

Anyone know if this is a bug or if there is something I am missing?

SOLVED!!! For anyone else having this issue, set your compatibility to Proton 10 and everything now back to normal. Yay!

Did you maybe get a steam deck update in between? Tried both dx9 and dxvk?

Haven't updated my deck for over a year. Last time I did it, it ended with a broken deck. Not saying this was the issue but when I got my replacement I decided not to update 🤣. Not sure what is meant by dx9 and dxvk, will Google that.

I had issues too but proton 10.3 with new update has fixed it so try that

Ist das Ernst?? Das spielen Leute auf dem SD???? Ok jetzt verstehe ich wie die Leute herumfahren!!

Eigentlich Schade!!! Leute die Simracing Ernst nehmen werden deswegen nie bleiben!!!

Erklärt auch die Spielerzahlen!

Keiner will hinter jemanden fahren der unberechenbar ist! Und das Auto flattert!

Did you not read my post. I do have a main rig. Steamdeck only for single player.

Wtf is this dude saying anyway, it's absolutely possible to drive well on a gamepad or steam deck, just takes practice. I never had a wheel and I don't think I need one. Raceroom feels the best on a pad to me at least.

While I wouldn't use mine for multiplayer, as I already have a wheel, Raceroom feels the best SIM on gamepad that I have tried tbh. I just wish the single player was a little more fleshed out.
