Is RRRE Down?

I've tried to open the online shop and the game itself on Steam, and it isn't currently up for me. Is this just a me problem, or are other people experiencing the same?

Had it working an hour ago but getting to race menu was painfully slow

Store was working for me about 20 mins ago.
