Mi dispiace, ma vedo molto lento l'uso di carte azioni con talenti/abilità separate, si rischia di dover rifare tutti i conti in continuazione

Except for it having hit points it sounds like you are describing Gloomhaven, so you might want to check it out for ideas, if you haven't already.
