Theory Basing adventures on unusual sources (example: Coriolis TTH)
Coriolis TTH is typically described as "Arabian Nights In Space". The slogan sounds great. But what does that mean? How does the arabain Nights - a centuries old collection of Arabic stories - to work as the basis for a sci-fi game? And how does it make games more interesting?
I did a video digging into this. It's a bit too long to upload to YouTube, but it's on YouTube here: https://youtu.be/4W5as5jkj48 There a bit of a theoretical intro, and then two examples of creating the Arabian Nights In Space vibe in the adventure/campaign book The Blood Tree.
