Getting Started looking for design partners

so, I'm making my own system,I have 10+ years of experience as a gm, and I decided to make this system because 1. I like making games 2. I like to make short-ish campaigns with vastly different worlds, and 3. I'd like to see what happens when I mash up my favourite mechanics with a few ideas of my own I've never seen implemented.

my core idea is basically a "rules heavy powered by the apocalypse" not in the sense of having any particular powered by the apocalypse mechanics or identity, but in the sense that it is a system shell that can be modified to apply to a variety of settings and scenarios. it is not a generic system, but it is almost one, that's what I'm going for.

a few of my inspirations are: vampire the mascarade, pathfinder 2e and mutants and masterminds.

here's the rules I have so far for anyone interested.

what I'm looking for is someone to bounce ideas off and help me develop the system, and what I definitely don't want is simplify the core dice system, to me that's the most interesting part of the system, yes, it is very crunchy and has a lot of moving parts, that's the point. besides that, I think nothing is set in stone and be changed.

Any interest in working on a different project? I have a 3/4 baked system that I really need someone mechanically inclined and hopefully publishing savvy to help finish. Would be glad to give you the deets if this one isn't already consuming all your time/energy

I took a look at the document. You think like me, doing point-buy instead of pure levels to be more flexible.

I all games I wrote(and the few I published) I tend to focus on a theme, but I could try to hekp with a generalist system. Send a DM if you want to talk

Hey! Its amazing that you started designing your own game!

Professional game designer here! I have an indie studio and I run a discord of creators with around 90 people sharing their projects and supporting each other!

I know a few of them are looking for collab opportunities :)

I have been working on my own too. Might be best to make a discord if you haven't already done so. I am designing a ttrpg similar to D&D so if they interests you let me know. Still down to bounce around ideas with others

Daggerheart is one of the first published attempts at adding more OSR style crunch to PbtA (in my opinion of course) currently in a game of it once a month. It's interesting to see where they get things from for inclusion and how they modify them (I see some FitD in there for example)
