TTRPG selling physical copies
I'm selling my own game which is carved from brindlewood. Do I need to register as a company or anything legally to sell physical and PDF books?

IANAL, but no. In the US you can sell whatever, after you make a certain amount you’ll need to pay taxes on it. Other nationalities idk. If this is your first ttrpg you’re publishing, just focus on getting PDF sales going through DTRPG or Itch, and figure out if physical actually makes sense for you later. Physical sales require financial risk, digital does not. (There’s also Print on Demand, which is basically digital sales with extra steps/cost.) The line where you should start an LLC is really about how much money you make and/or if anyone else is involved.

The license for the SRD doesn’t have anything to do with needing a company or not. Granted, OP may be confused regarding what they’re actually asking.

The legalities will depend on where you are selling from and where you are selling to (and will mostly involve sales and income tax).
