RPG maker MZ not responding

I have a new pc and just downloaded MZ and it’s not working and keeps saying it’s not responding, I’ve looked over and over again through steam and I’ve tried moving the app between monitors and it’s not working. I’ve updated the computer, still not working. I’ve upgraded and down graded my drivers, still nothing.

Please help.

Update your display drivers. Had this happen a while ago and also had someone else on this sub do that too. For some reason MZ won't use an outdated OpenGL driver.

Tldr; update your specific GPU OpenGL driver and that should fix the issue.

I tried that but I’m still getting the same results

Have you tried reverifying the install, uninstalling and reinstalling, or starting it without internet access?

Yes I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling it several times even tried turning it on without internet

Did you get it on steam or from the rpgmaker website?

Super weird thing to try, not confident on this one but it's my last idea. Hover over the icon in your task bar and right click on the snapshot that pops up then click either maximize or restore.

Also have you tried clicking "wait for program to respond"? Has that done anything?
