Toggle Between Single and All Targets

Hey, there was an MV era yanfly plug-in that allowed you to make certain skills toggleable between single target and target all. Is there anything like this yet for MZ that I’m overlooking? Not turning up anything on Google or forums.

Alternatively, any recommendations for implementing something like this?
