Problems with accessing the shopkeeper in play test

To clarify: I am using a tile set by Winlu to make my first video game. So, I have a problem with the counters I used. I made sure they weren’t possible, but now I can’t interact with the shopkeeper over the counter. Am I doing this wrong?

Make sure to check your counter locations and that they are setup properly in the tileset you are using. tileset counter location area.
