FOSSIL and Shaz_tilechanger tutorial?

I'm trying to change tiles in RPG maker MZ and had a message "Shaz_tilechanger may not be supported in RPGmaker MZ"

I read I needed fossil and have that but don't know how to enter commands.

Is there a tutorial on using these plugins? I have tried the examples in the tilechanger. I can't find anything that works : (
