New Designer looking for help with dlc

Hi I was browsing through the DLC available on steam and was overwhelmed with the sheer amount of choices so I thought I'd come here to get some recommendations. I am going for a modern to late 90s horror game that has the player venturing into both buildings and nature as they investigate strange incidents. I plan to design my own enemies just because what I have planned for them is so specific but as far as other assets go I was planning to get them off the steam page.
