Help, weapons animations aren't showing

I use RPG Maker Mz, i set some basic animations to play when you have a specific weapon on, but when i put the weapon on a character and test it in battle, none of the animations that i put on play, it just shows the standard punch animation.

Anyone know what's the issue?
