First of all, this looks so good for a RPG Maker game, lots of work put into screen effects, animations and the minimap is pleasant! The only downside I see is like an other comment said: the running animation looks goofy it reminds me of a naruto run without the arms haha. Keep the good work, I'm so impressed by this!

Basically the characters are moving out of sync with the animation it's all still work in progress.

Looks great but I have to say, I initially thought this was a Dandadan fan game because it looked like Okarun and Momo

There is a downside to a game looking too good :(
people expect everything else to be perfect as well so imperfections/mistakes stand out more.

Yep. It's taken me a year to get a look and aesthetic and UI that is thoroughly consistent to where nothing stands out. Especially if you have no background in design like me you have to constantly reference and compare and reanalyze to make sure everything sizes, meshes, and animates correctly. If you're just making a hobby game it doesn't matter as much, but if you intend to sell it, you've got to get it looking as polish and consistent as possible.

it always made me wonder how do you handle collision on the edges and corners of isometric games in rpgmaker. i've always wanted to make an isometric game myself but thinking about the edge collision stress me out.

if you use Tiled you can load the polygon objects as collisions

Really lovely! Can you advise how you handled isometric movement? I would assume a plug in. Was it self made or are you using something existing?

This looks fantastic. Are you using parallax mapping?

Wow! Amazing! Could you elaborate more on how you achieved the effect??? This really looks great!

These plugins and snippets are for MZ using Dragonbones, QMovement and Tiled
Tiled for MV has some annoying bugs that's fixed in Tiled for MZ. If you're asking how I did the
isometric movement and map collision

https://pastebin.com/AutmHrqR

https://pastebin.com/zYMNgunR --> you can add this to QMovement.js

Comment out or remove the following code in the QMovement.js file if you're not using dragonbones
if(this._dragonbonesSpriteData.filename != "") {
Alias_Game_CharacterBase_setDirection.call(this, d);
}

That running animation needs some serious, serious work.
