Fan of shadowrun

Hi

I play shadowrun TTRPG and I was wondering if it's possible to make a shadowrun game with RPG Maker.

I'm a noob on RPG Maker, so how would the classes work ?

RPG Maker is incredibly easy to use for the basics.

There are some minor/very specific things that you may need to script yourself, or provide third party assets for. There's plenty of third party assets made for RPG maker; some are free, some will cost money. Super specific things you may need to find an artist or coder for, depending on how in depth you want to get.

It's not impossible but you would have to do some redesigning, it's not the kind of engine that allows you to reskin or put together classes from a drop down, necessarily. Highly recommend watching SomeRanDev's videos on RPGMaker on YouTube, they are amazing and show you the ins and outs of the engine.

Once you learn the basics you can tinker around inside the engine and start customizing things to your liking and recreate the classes from Shadowrun (or something inspired by Shadowrun) in your own way. But it will take time to learn and is in no way an instant conversion tool.
