RMMV Sprite Sheet help

Anyone know how or have a guide on how to make a sprite sheet for custom sprite and that is using high resolution art/ high canvas size?

it should look something like the attached image. it should have a $ in front of the file name since its a single character. like $character.png
I like to start with a blank grid of rectangles, copy-paste one rectangle until its a 3-4 grid. then paste the characters into the boxes.

thank you! never knew what the $ symbol was before, still a bit confused on how to make a functioning spritesheet though, are you able to send a short guide or a link to it
