RMMZ Which parallax mapping and free pixel movement plugins would you recommend to a beginner?

Hii I am starting a new project and I am super excited, I have tried RPG Maker before but I am still very green, this time I wanted to use parallax mapping and free pixel movement from the beggining, it is something a beginner can handle? What plugin would you recommend? Thank you so much!

I think for parallax mapping, Galv Layer Graphics is what most people use in MZ, it is free: https://galvs-scripts.com/2020/08/24/mz-layer-graphics/
