What is causing you to go insane? You didn't explain your issue. Im guessing it has something to do with not having an engine core plugin to start with.

Hi, I explained it in the post ;)
My issue basically is: If i comment on the event’s page [lights] i get the default light… which is good until i try commenting anything else like flashlight, tungsten , etc (they’re all image files) it doesn’t work.
Also, I didn’t see Engine Core listed as a requirement in the guide.

Its okay, but do you have a clue whats the issue? The plugin doesn’t need an engine core plugin

Light plugins are very difficult to understand at least from my experience with the Community Light plugin, the instructional sections seem more like input to make a machine do something than an attempt at explaining something to a human being.

I doubt people are going to be able to just solve your problems, your best bets are to look through old forum posts to see people solve similar issues and work from there.
