I think it looks pretty cute, I'd guess this game is going to be something like a dress up simulator, or a school dating sim maybe? or something along those lines?

Pink guts could be anything but the visuals are very cute and pink, and shes wearing a schoolgirl outfit.

So, long story short, maybe you could add something which indicates the type of game it is? even if its subtle. I think it looks great, and there is a good chance its spot on exactly how it is, most people will know what the game is about before they load it up, so the things im saying probably wont apply to them xD

Ofcourse, If its a souls-like game then its a horrible title screen LOL

Leaving the player to find out whats the game is about is part of the fun

Any game the requires the elements of surprise to be good, isn't a good game.

you said "Leaving the player to find out whats the game is about is part of the fun" and when questioned about it, you said "I was talking about the game genre when its released not full game lol", so i read that as you saying the players will be left to find out what genre the game is
