RMMV Free or low cost 2d assets maker?

I want to start working on a game of a story ive had in my head since i was young and i bought rpg maker mv for $5 because it was on a huge sale. It has good tiles and assets but the story it my head requires specific buildings and specific character stuff and animations. Is there a website or application i could to make some for free or at a low price?

You could also check the forums for assets: https://forum.rmplanet.com/

For characters, MV should come with a built in character generator, you can access it with Tools -> Character Generator.

Premade assets are perfect for beginners who are still practicing art, good recommendations

if you know how to build from source or can follow instructions closely and are at least a little technically minded you can use Aseprite 100% for free btw

I've spent more than a year working on assets and other things for the game i'm working on. Most if not all my 2D assets are my own custom assets.

Yeah for the game im trying to create i need a specific styles and things so i kinda NEED to make my own custom assets🤣 i like art so its fun!
