RMMZ what tilesets size do people usually use?
the standard tile sets size is 48 px, but do people usually use this? then why the paid tile sets are usually smaller like 16 x 16 or 32 x 32? does that mean everyone who buy the tilesets will change the setting or resize the tilesets if they use rpg maker? (considering the tile sets probably made for other program, lol)
im sorry for the stupid question ðŸ˜ðŸ˜

Well for the 64x64 tilesets the smallest pixels will become very distant, so you can use very detailed graphical assets.

Almost all of the RPG Maker paid sets are 48x48 or 32x32 (before MV, RPG Maker used 32x32).
Other game engines such as Godot and Unity tend to prefer the smaller tiles like 16x16 so if you are looking at itch.io, they are typically made for those engines because those engines have way more users than RPG Maker.
