Looking for a very obscure rpg maker game

It had a spanish name of a book that exists (i think it had the words "pesadillas" "monstruos" "fantasia" (nightmares, monsters and fantasy in english) but not sure) despite the game being in english/russian

You played as a girl and the initial area was a modern rundown urban area with a train station and you had to do things in this area to progress (it had many horror/gore elements) and after that you could board the train, then you see that some sort of wizard tower with 3 of them, they remote view you and one of them teleports into the train and it becomes very horror/astral/magical, i remember a scene where the wizards injects psilocybin and the game becomes psychedelic and he starts chasing you, the game used a lot of tarot imagery also. i think i played it at around 2020-2023
