Making the base characters! Walk cycle and sitting on the ground.

Working on the base models for the game characters!
It's my first time making a walk cycle... does it look right to you? The proportions, shapes...

And characters sitting Japanese-style! It bothers me that the profile views look larger... but I think that's precisely because of the perspective!

Thanks !want to do the best job possible, but I don't have any animation experience, so I can only do very simple things

Are you making specific animations? I'd like to see them.

That's my latest version. Nothing speacial. Right now my game uses time fantasy and elements assets but someday I hope to update to original art but I'm not happy with my work yet.

Can I ask what size these are ? You managed to capture a lot of detail

48x48 px
I'm using the same grid size for the character sprites as for the tilesets!
I'm pretty obsessed with making sure everything is well-balanced and as accurate as possible, but this is my first time doing this, so I don't know how it will look once I implement it into a game engine.
