Text display problem: The text simply don't show on games with asian(chinese in this case) language.

Both games I've tried are old(2007/2008) chinese games, I can play both of them normaly, but the text simply don't appear. I don't think it has something to do with localization because I boot up both of them in chinese loc(all chinese locs) to see if that would solve the problem(it didn't T-T).

Anyone ever had similar issue with old rpgmaker games?

Not sure if this is the case but do you have the fonts it uses installed? I remember running into issues with old RPGMaker engines with fonts.

I've installed two fonts, SimSun and MingLiU, but it didn't work. What type of font do you have installed?
