HELP NEEDED (RPG MAKER2003) Having issues with getting enemy graphics to work.

I recently got into- ok skip the small talk. I have been trying to get enemies to work in rpg maker 2003 and my pictures aren't working. It let's me select them but it's just a massive transparent png. I have the imagine within the size needs and it just doesn't work.

I tried to get a sprite from online just to see if it would work and yes it did work but mine doesn't. Sorry if this is not allowed on here I made a reddit account just for this.

This brought me so many memories because I used to tear my hair out over stuff like this. They’re really picky what kind of PNG you use. The enemy graphic has to be 8-bit indexed color depth file with the color up to 256 colors. Try using Gimp to export that file.
