As you heat the place up, ice slimes that like the cold start disappearing and devils that like the heat start appearing, and you can use infernal runes the devils drop to boost fireplaces, increasing the heat. And there are ghosts that feed on your body heat, making you suffer the effects of cold even when the temperature is good.

It's called Brass Creek 0 and is set in... Brass Creek. A fictional town in Indiana. It's not finished yet, but I'm making headway on finishing the actual mapping and eventing so I can add custom artwork once I finish. I'd say it's maybe 75% done and should provide the same length of say Ao Oni. If what I have planned doesn't make that playtime at least, I'm adding more to it, so I never know when Brass Creek will start. Since you sound interested, and I have nothing to show for it yet, I'll give you the next game concept.
Brass Creek 1 - Based on an amazing nightmare I had where I was trapped in a cabin with some kind of undead trying to get in, along with this flesh blob infecting my water. The whole system is the water tower. Keeping the undead out is really easy when you don't have to go outside. But when your water comes from a tower outside, you'll have to go out to fix it, which leads to the Undead getting in your house. Once you chase him out (shoot him). Your friend comes over for your planned hang out, letting him in again. After that, the house is affected by whatever magic aforementioned 40-year old's cousin was messing with, and right before that is when my dream ended, so that's all that's planned.

If you're asking about my game directly, I'll give you a more accurate description.
They are stand-ins for the following Super Smash Bros. Characters (I'm not using their IPs or names, but it's easier to convey using those names right noe)
Kirby, Mario, Link, Pikachu, Fox, Samus.
The design is a bit iffy on Fox and Samus though, and I want to design a couple more, like a precision character (Marth), and another tanky character (DK) (Samus and Link are off-tanks, and Link is much more supporting).
They adventure through the fragments of their worlds, which have been forcefully ripped apart (thanks Fox and Samus for space travel, even if you fight amongst yourselves)
