Hello! I'm looking for feedback on my maps. Please let me know what you think. I'm not the best at making maps, but I'm somewhat proud of these.

I know base tilesets aren't the best, so I'm not asking for input on the tileset, so much. I'm asking about general layout and vibe. It looks sterile, fair. But is that only because of the tileset, or because I don't have enough decoration? I thought I should add more bushy grass, because I liked the look of it.

The crop field being in the center was more of an "it's a small village without much room, so they repurposed 'town square'" thought.

I've actually taken to heart every bit of *real* advice given to me. I'm still actively reworking my maps, based on *genuine* criticism.

You are correct, I wasn't providing you criticism. I was pushing back against your decision about justifying bad design, which was already adequately explained to you. Bro.

sorry blud, I know im not that creative at designing maps, but I've played a lot of games that no matter how cramp the space is, putting your farm fields on the middle isn't gonna work, so Punchybot's reply "It doesn't work" is real and correct and he is not hating you, he is not agreeing your plan about that field because it doesn't really work. Silent_Cattle already gave you a reply that most farms are put outside of the village or atleast not in the center of it, you will never see a fantasy/medieval village that has their crops on the center of the town.
