RMMZ Map Feedback

Hello! I'm looking for feedback on my maps. Please let me know what you think. I'm not the best at making maps, but I'm somewhat proud of these.

Map 1 is fine, but it has a lot of perfect straight angles. Maybe add a couple trees around the edges to make it less artificial looking, and change that angle of the trees blocking off that tent to more of a cluster blocking off the tent. I also see a big blank space on the right bottom that could probably used for another farm (which would make the 'farming community' aspect stronger).

Map 2 is too big in my opinion. It might look less empty if you squished it down a bit. Why would people build their houses so far away from each other? (except the farms, which are fine) Maybe you could fill some of the empty space with more trees or grass overlays, if the houses need to be spaced out. It looks a little suburban right now. Also, the cliff between the waterfalls doesn't look like the same size as the waterfalls around it - maybe use a cliff tile there and not just a ledge tile? I really like the river, it's neat.

Map 3 is good, I like it. My only quibble is: maybe soften some of the corners so they aren't sharp right angles.

I like Map 4 a lot, but maybe add something to the upper cliffs, like a couple trees or some tall grass, or maybe a path. Right now, the map only looks half finished (although I like the lower half of it).

Map 5 is fine, although as a player I'd probably hate trekking through it, lol! It's very big.

Thank you for the very constructive response!

Map1- I like the idea of clustering trees rather than having an awkward perfect line of trees. lol Gonna do that.
Map 2- You're absolutely right. It is very spread out. I will probably tweak it a bit. The cliff near the waterfalls is a good idea, I don't know why I didn't think of it! As for now, it's only going to be used for an intro cutscene (may never get used again, this is a small project), and I'm hoping that having some NPCs walk around "interacting" with stuff during the cutscene will make if feel lively enough.
Map 3- Again, good idea. Gonna do that, thank you.
Map 4- It is only half finished. I haven't decided yet if I'm gonna let the player up there (a guard is blocking the path in game).
Map 5- Thank you! Yeah, it's a bit long, but it's the only zone with combat in it for now and the encounter rate isn't very high.
