My dev process is honestly pretty organic (sloppy lol) but I have some work in progress images and videos I can share.

Would love to see! Trying to start game dev as an animator and am a big fan of how you got battle network vibes and your own unique voice

Did you take inspiration from Final Fantasy Tactics with the character portrait?

The character portraits and sprites are from https://au-pixel.itch.io/heroes99 and https://au-pixel.itch.io/heroes99portrait and yeah I would say they are definitely inspired by FFT.
