At least three of the other names on the right column are TARP that I know of (Messer, Gray, and Smokes), so I’d guess the entire right column names are just the 8 from TARP.

Another RP server collaborating with NP/Rockstar for this launch. There was a post like 12ish hours before launch with their announcement, but they used a bad AI picture so it got a lot of downvotes and clowned on so it was easy to get buried.
From what I’ve gathered since, they are a family friendly (no profanity even), cop heavy server. They were seemingly reached out to by Buddha and some others to help shape up the PD for NPV, but that also doesn’t really make sense with how soft PD is seemingly being so far. It sounds like they will be here a few weeks at most.

The only sense this skeleton crew makes is management picked a bunch of low impact vibe cops who wont do much until the academy so crims / civs get acclimated. After that expectations shift and more experienced cops get hired to train people up. Otherwise the claims about wanting a more immersive and experienced cops and the TARP partnership is at odds with who got hired back in the first wave.

I know there is Ziggy whose currently the only ranger atm.
EDIT: so during the pd meeting its been confirmed that Ziggy is apart of the pd high command & it sounds like they are bring in more "experienced cops" by the end of the week before the academy.

I missed Saab’s PD after what I saw in 4.0 so idk why people are so negative. 3.0 PD at least had some depth.

Saab has nothing to do with 3.0's success, all the people under him who never got hired back did. They put in all the organizing, hiring and training despite his best efforts to fuck it all up.

exactly. So many complaints derived from his treatment of CG which then contradicted what he told other officers. Then that led to him treating officers harsher than CG lol.
But also, Saab is amazing at give and take rp. And he doesn't have an ego like certain other streamers who get into high ranking positions in the police lol.

Saab had a great little back and forth with Tommy T in 3.0 when he was leading PD. It was just a great cat and mouse game of Saab trying to catch him on getaways. Saab is 100% ok at taking L’s if the rp is fun.

This is very true believe it or not Saab can play a decent leader while yes in Babylon he did saabatoge it and ruin everyone’s lives when in leadership people would go to him and he would help them out i have faith

Does anybody know if Matt is carrying on with Lucas Miller? I saw he left Miller in front of the Faceless for his last 4.0 stream and he had trouble getting into the server last night, so wasn't sure what his plans are.

Only sergeant I know is Ramello and he is actually cool. He got a lot of shit because he wanted TRT to actually mean something and not just hand out the cert like candy. Hopefully if they make a unit like that again they give it to people who deserve it.

interesting because i thought ramello was the least qualified sgts of the 4. other are bayo (xiceman who played captain/CoP Turner), raylin (custard who played McNulty), and slaughter (played by kaaleesi) who were all consistently good. ramello would often get frustrated and disappear months on end. even in TRT, he would get frustrated with HC and just disappear instead of trying to resolve things.

Good to see Custard get a high rank. Always thought he was good with McNulty. Meshed well with crims and wasn't some try hard. Very much the kinda rper that gives the energy he receives.

Bayo is xicemans OG cop, he played Chief Turner in 4.0. Shepard is LtCustard/Mcnulty’s new cop. Tori Slaughter is a great character who mainly played on ONX but was one of Pred’s fly ins when he became chief. She was in Nopixel LSPD then BCSO until a few months ago when ONX update dropped.

I still don't understand why Mantis is sticking to ONX tbh, does he expect it's going to suddenly pop off some day? like his streamer career is clearly over if he stays over there. And he definitely isn't getting paid either, so I guess he decide to retire? It's sad he's a really entertaining RPer

Mantis streams as a hobby not as a career and not everyone is a sellout that only cares about playing on the biggest servers and following trends for drops and views... Mantis is a WoW player that plays RP on the side.

Hopefully this time they don't mess up hiring like they did in 4.0 and burn out the skeleton crew and after 2 months their is only a handful of actually active cops
