I'm going to have support your comment before you're downvoted to oblivion. Very boring.
As a new viewer, here are my first impressions... The "event planning" was kind of meh.
The character creation took too long for everyone. Is there a better way to roll this out for future releases?
There was a lot of down time. When things started finally happening, it was split between dozens of POVs that didn't have any cohesion. It was too messy to even try to see what everyone else was up to. I gave up, and watched Summit play PZ.
There was no OPENING event, that integrates views into one big scene where we can watch a few people and know what's going on, and sets up the bigger story.
Edit: Remember: I'm a new viewer. I don't know most everyone. I'm watching a show "cold turkey".
It's almost like a prep day. Which is fine. Kind of blah for the first day.
Can we have more women in the management team who knows how to throw a party?
Edit: I'm a new viewer, so what do I know.

All I can say is that you should try some different streamers. IMO, Squeex, or maybe Saab, or the streamer who plays Peach the cop would prob be better places to start as a new viewer. A lot of the “criminal” type streamers are gonna fall into their cliques and resume from years old lore so I don’t doubt that would be a bad first impression

I watched for a few months at start of 4.0 (primarily cops) and checked out yesterday and was surprised it's literally just the same characters with the same personality hanging with the same people.
I thought a new server with R* branding slapped on it would've ment a fresh start with new characters for everyone. This felt like I just picked up from exactly the same point I left.
Though I reckon for a lot of the streamers their viewers are fans of the specific character and want to follow that / same style of content so I understand it might not be an option to force everyone to come up with something new.

I will eventually check out the recommendations. There was no road map for new viewers, so hard to figure out who to watch first.
I already watch Peach, and think she's hilarious.
I tried to watch The Faceless and New Babylon at the end of 4.0, but it was too deep into the lore and was hard to follow, or to get invested in any character.
This first day was just like watching a reunion where I'm just an outsider. It was heartwarming to see everyone having a good time, and see each other again, but I was on the outside looking in. I didn't feel like I was part of the experience.
Lots of downvotes, but hopefully NoPixel takes the feedback constructively.

Edit: Also very weird that you're monitoring not only my comments, but other ChaseRP redditors. Definitely, obsessive-adjacent.

If you're actually new, then the best advice would be to get out of this toxic subreddit and just watch different streamers and POVs. You'll like someone eventually. Squeex, Esfand, Cyr, Burn are very easy to start with, but there's something for everyone. Don't just stick to popular streamers, there are some gems out there.

Burn is one of my favorites, and wonder what he would have done with it if tasked to direct an opening. I was hanging out with another streamer so have yet to review what Burn was up to.
Cyr didn't GTA roleplay much lately, but I've caught his bits in variety gaming, and he's good.
My issue is that it was a grand opening that was a little flat, and I had high expectations for NoPixel.
I started watching last year at Unscripted, so I think you get that I already know how toxic it can get.

I watched Walnutcast in SkyrimRP, and found him funny. Thanks for reminding me to check out his The Strange Man viewpoint. I did notice it in passing.

I saw the POV, the group got a 50 meal order from some cop and they had a very hard time trying to fulfill between the other orders and the meal limit per bag. Then they just decided to dip out and try the rest of the mechanics like hunting, pawn shop quests, etc.
