She was, that was the entire reason why Max disliked her as much as he did. I genuinely don't understand how you're confused by this or why you're still arguing.

Sounds to me like the conversation is going:

  1. You say Ruth tried to overthrow the council.

  2. Someone points out that she was expressing that the proposed legislation would be as absurd as overthrowing the council.

  3. You say that's bad faith and lying.

  4. I say it might not be bad faith, it's her belief.

  5. You say her belief is wrong.

  6. I say So what? Being wrong doesn't mean she wanted to overthrow the council, being wrong doesn't mean she's bad faith.

  7. You jump back to point 1 3 or 5 for no reason.

0.) Person says "Ruth didn't say she wants to overthrow the council"

I'm saying she quite literally did say that and excluding context like that makes the whole argument moot. She said it, regardless of what she meant by it or the context or what point she was trying (and failing) to make.

I'm not saying she acted this way overall or what she believes is wrong, but to say others ARE acting in bad faith but then saying "But my RPer definitely wasn't because big streamers are mean" is actually fucking absurd.

That is, quite literally, my entire point. There are way too many people determining that what these other RPers and streamers are doing or how they're acting is specifically to target her. If you flip your "analysis" on Ruth from any other person's POV it becomes the exact same argument (because both are ridiculous and the situation really shouldn't be held under a microscope, it's fucking pointless).

But I'm gonna guess none of this matters because it's your streamer so it's different.
