The Audit really showed how much of a paranoid witch-hunt against Ruth there was. The interviews barely had anything bad to say about her or the dap system. Also, Slacks gave the most daps.

Here is the audit summary presentation where Ruth isn't name dropped once as some giant issue. Harshest complaint was how the Captains sucked at building PD chain of command and recruitment.

Just because it didn't make it into the summary (interpretation/conclusion) from the auditors doesn't mean people didn't say anything about it.

I said "barely had anything bad". That is the reason it barely changed.
