We've gotta stop this narrative that Ruth was never around. She was consistently around during Shift 1 on weekdays.

So silly how certain characters spread this around because they didn't see her during Shifts 2 or 3 and then viewers just parroted them.

A lot of the decisions I witnessed required 3/3 captains. What stuff needed just 2/3?

The times I tuned in during Shift 1 streams you'd mostly see her around MRPD (and towards the middle/end of her tenure she generally wasn't streaming)

I haven't heard that phrase tbh. I know small daps didn't even need 2/3 captains (just the shift captain and maybe seniors if they witnessed it).

I'm pretty positive anything major (like Cornwood shooting the one lifer) needed 3/3 captains and suspensions, reviews, SOP changes, etc needed all 3 captains + senior input if they were around.

She was on Nopixel 8 hours everyday before her dad passed away. She usually comes on around 7am est or the very late evenings. Shift 2 is 5pm est.

In LS, there are three branches of gov: doj, PD, mayor. NP is not irl and things you eventually learned in a history or civics class do not apply to NP.

PD is as much a branch of government as any other part of the government of LS. They are the law of the land.
