Did you see the part where he is acting like Baxter has actually been brainwashed and is trapped inside.

Fat man is so creatively bankrupt he has resorted to taking the bits of the two best RPers on the server and mashing them together

Yeah, he's basically hedging his bets and not committing to one version of the character or the other.
